on 21 may 2008 we went to nearby kafe to celebrate one of the prestigious moment esp for die-hard footballer fans which was the final for champions league 2008 between manU aka red devils and chelsea.manU won by penalty …both of team had showed very fantastic and super-duper perfomances and quality of the art of football.

we went to see the match from 9.45 pm till midnite.

both supporters of the team mix up..no gap

physiology lab revisited

for this semster we need to dissect frog for an experiment relating to excitable tissue.

this pic shown dat some of ‘kanak2 ribena’ (sectionmates)with no mercy dissecting the frog,pull out the abdominal viscera and tear off the skin harshly….how cruel were they…all of my colleagues are from section 1..

as u can see, this is what left behind.no need of this…besides that, i just found out that Dani having a syndrome called frogmophobia ..haha n not to forget one of the girl had screamed bcoz it showd to her how ‘miang’ it was during holding the frog with one hand…haha

actually the gurl should kiss the frog n then it will turn out to be a charming n hensem prince..–

after the process of destruction of brain n spinal cord by move the pithing needle over the head of frog,we only need the gastrocnemius muscle (with thread),the knee joint and whole sciativc nerve…then need to mount it to the myograph board as shown above…

the spirit of Harvard flying to Alexandria

I had spent great time during my way out of the convention centre where accidentally I could met with one of the distinguished guest speaker of the day which was dr. david matzilevich from new england cord bloodbank world headquaretrs and even full time lecturer and researcher at Harvard School of Medicine,USA.he was smoking during we approached him to ask something.early,he had give impressive talk about the benefit of using stem cell (synthesis antibodies) for treatment of disease.he had huge labarotary at Harvard and now actively doing research and hold position as chief scientific officer…now he had joined the new england cord blood bank,INc.

he had explained to me how competitive it was for the admission to enroll the MD programme there and of course the presence of international students there throughout the year.he was also asking to us why u r coming here to do medicine and one of us said just because of the agency that sending us here then followed by ‘do u like egypt very well?’…we keen to said NO…haha but rather we said yes,we had great tyme here,abuzar my friend told to him…another thing was about a patient who had suffered type 1 diabetes and had applied the ’stem cell solution’ and giving great impact in reducing the risk.

he said that he will come to malaysia someday as he was working around the world..he even recognised the twin tower…and not to forget he remind us to attend the workshop he conduct about stem cell application,umbilical cord stem cell isolation and lab technique to prove stem cell tissue differentiation bt unfortunately we couldnt attend the next day because midterm of anat is just tomorrow of the day…hope to c u again n nice chat we had with u…

Future Medicine

on 15th may I was attending conference held by alexandria university.for the information about this plz visit this link..alexmed2008…

first and foremost we need to register in order to get the tentative programme with a alil souvenir but the organiser seemed to clumsy because too many heads want to command and lead the way..managemnet of malaysian day nt lk this even…

we were very eager at 1st becoz this was one of our golden opportunity to know what would the professional docs in the future will be.the topics quite tough even im not understanding much becoz limited knowledges of medicine subjects…what i would like to share with u guys about the safe n successful intra-operative magnetic resonans imaging nowadays..this keynote address was given by invited prof from King Fahd Unv. from Saudi Arabia…where he explained clearly bout the skull fracture.

where we should go??? the conference was too boring n felt dizziness rite nw…we just attend today because of the 6 credits hours!!!…otherwise dunt expect we would come..haha

my colleagues with somaya wagdy which was her expertise in singing the opera arabic themes smkind like keroncong…..

anatomy’s indulgences

For 2nd semester for first year,we r nw need to memorize types of muscles for whole body,its compulsory..the anat’s lab normally will b stinky n smelly with undesired evoporate gaseous of chemical substance surround the area which smtimes made me uncomfortable to focus…tough n tired d.below the pics which will tell u everythink as a pic will tell 1000 words.
